The RM of East St. Paul is committed to providing exceptional service. We work to provide our services and programs in a manner accessible to all by identifying and removing barriers.
A barrier is anything that prevents an individual or group from equal access to our buildings, processes, or services. Barriers can also be created when people providing the service are not aware of, or open to understanding how to best serve all citizens/customers; including those who might require an accommodation.
We are seeking your input in reviewing and assessing our facilities and services to identify and remove barriers. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The information you provide will help to build the RM's Accessibility Plan. Your contributions are important and valued!
